Let’s face it. World is changing, faster. And sometimes things you’re used to, now just seems old and overtook. This sort of thought crossed my mind while I was sitting at my desk watching the teaser for the new up coming solo movie by James O’Brien, “Who is J.O.B.”. Teaser are around since a year but full DVD has just been released – it tooks like 2 years of filming, dudes!

It opens with some really nice HD sequences, with this sort of electronic tunes mix, with the kid burning out the ASP Rule Book. Pretty punk, and also quite far from the quiet vibe of other surf movies.

Then yep from the surfing you surely knows what you can expect – that’s James O’ Brien, dude! Huge aerials, 100 mph tubes riding, and a freakin lot of BARRELS!!! – what surprise me are some features like a dive from a copter, some senseless wipeouts, and some really nice urban seq – nice, innovative! Spot are the main worldwide – Hawaii, Cali, just all the best

Then the second teaser – completely different! Slashy punk music, all focused on surfing, really good. It both really makes me wanna see the whole movie so bad! Quoting James himself: “Please watch. Then hate. Or love. Or ignore. Or whatever.” Nice view!
