Ciao Michele! Benvenuto su Candiesmag. Una rapida intro, da dove vieni, quanti anni hai e quanti ne hai passati in sella ad una bmx fin ora?
Vengo da Lecco, ho 21 anni e sono 7 anni che volteggio sulla mia bmx.

Qual ‘è il tuo bike set up attuale?
Bicicletta gentilmente offerta da Frontocean bmx, telaio Montana in onore di ”Steve”(Stefan Lantschner) e sella tie dye in onore di Simo Kid (Simone Barraco), niente segni particolari se non fosse per il fatto che è imbizzarrita!!!

Ricordi come hai approcciato la bmx per la prima volta? Semplicemente per un “giro in bici” alternativo o avendo già qualche idea sul mondo che si celava dietro di essa?
Credo che come per la maggior parte dei rider di bmx l’ intento iniziale era quello di girare in motocross, purtroppo i costi non me lo hanno permesso, quindi ho cominciato a girare in bici come alternativa alla moto, ma la versatilità di queste biciclettine mi ha gasato non poco.

Quali sono i tuoi spots preferiti?
Sicuramente Lambro, Buttapark, street ovunque e per finire il nostro ”trail segreto dei boschi”.

Mentre il tuo spot ideale, che caratteristiche dovrebbe avere?
il mio spot ideale sta crescendo poco a poco nel backyard di Frontocean, presto sara maturo e potremo appprezzarlo a pieno.

Che te ne pare della situazione in Italia? Se da una parte nascono strutture e crews disposte a sbattersi, in alcune città ancora la bmx viene vista come un divertimento per i bambini al parco. Come la pensi?
Penso che la situazione bmx in italia non sia delle migliori, ma credo che piu che stare a lamentarsene dovremmo tutti impegnarci a crescere la scena tutti uniti e gasati!

La tua giornata ideale di riding? Hai qualche “rituale” per caricarti prima di uscire?
La mia giornata ideale di riding penso potrebbe essere una giornata in compagnia di tutti i miei compagni di riding, non importa dove. Mmmmm no niente rituali per me, mi basta sapere di non dovere girare da solo.

Come passi il tempo quando non sei sulla tua bike?
Schockmansion.com consuma tutte le mie energie rimaste dopo il riding.

Dove ti vedi tra qualche anno? Hai già dei progetti o delle idee in merito?
No per ora zero progetti, spero solo di poter cavalcare il mio ferro il piu a lungo possibile, e di riuscire a spaccare al massimo delle mie potenzialità.

I made this shot last summer in Barcelona . It was about one year ago and I had an amazing time with all the people I met there, the Italian crew <3, guys from FTC and lot of more. Summer is coming, so warm up and be ready to catch your wave, it will be long –but not endless! In this cover, Luca Donadini thrashed the Arc de Triomf spot with a crazy Kgrind. He’s a super nice guy, and a damn fine skater! Props homie!!!
