The awaited event ‘Un tranquillo weekend da paura’ (Usmate, 16-17-18 September) saw two contests respectively on Saturday (Contest CatB) and Sunday (Contest CatA).
The last one has been nearly cancelled due to the rain, but thanks to the organizers’ initiative it was moved indoor in the Bastard Bowl and saw on the podium nothing less than Alex Sorgente, Greg Nowik and Danny Galli.
The CatB contest of Saturday was surely luckier and it took place outdoor under a nice sun – until the first clouds showed up. Not only many skaters were present to perform their best tricks, but there was even Alessandro Barbero who left everyone mouth opened with his bmx. Contest Cat B winners:
1° Marko Dukic - fs tailslide bs revert to fakie and a huge fs indy
2° Fabio Pignatti – big airs on the highest vert section (Bs Ollie up)
3° Ludovico Patti - super stylish stalefish and may day ( flip may day not perfectly landed)
4° Icaro Nardi - fs indy grab from vert to mini, a good series of lean to tail and fs crailslide
